Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or buying it?

A:  We’re not agents. We don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses in North Carolina.

Q:  Does it matter if I have a realtor?

A:  We suggest you submit your home information to us before listing and see if we can sell your house fast in a better way. If you have already listed, we’ll need to talk with your agent, or you would need to cancel your listing agreement before we can make you an all-cash offer. Q:  What if I have my property rented?

A:  Don’t worry, we buy houses with tenants. Please don’t worry if your home is rented or occupied. We can buy your place, and we will work with the renters later.

Q:  Do you only pay cash?

Q:  What if I am behind on my payments?
