How Our Referral Program Works:
- You find properties that fit our simple buying criteria.
- Complete the referral form. * Make sure to fill out all the fields
- We will qualify each lead within 24-72 hours. We will let you know if your lead does not qualify. We hope you keep trying to help.
- Once we determine your lead qualifies, we will contact the owner.
- If the owner is interested in selling, we will schedule a property visit to review the condition of the property and present the owner with a no obligation as-is cash offer for their house.
- If we end up buying the house, we’ll pay you a $500 – $2000 referral fee within 7 days of closing on the property.
